We're moving round my body bit by bit solving my different issues! Having fixed my shoulder, Ethan is now working on a painful hip. A very thorough, helpful assessment on Thursday lead to a number of exercises for me to work on at home. I go back in two weeks to discuss progress and the way forward. Ethan has a lovely empathetic manner with those of us who are older, less flexible but still want and need to move as painlessly as possible.

Visited Kai at Luckhurst for a reoccurring Achilles Tendon injury. From my first session, Kai explained in depth about the problem I was suffering with and set out a defined treatment plan and realistic timeframes for a return to football. Kai was very professional, charismatic and unlike other physiotherapists I have seen and that have overtreated in order to keep me returning, Kai's approach was to ensure I had the necessary amount of sessions and the knowledge required to return as soon as possible. After having chronic shoulder pain for years getting gradually worse I decided to visit Luckhurst. I have been seeing James there for 6 months and with a combination of massage and exercises I can do at home I have had a massive improvement. Although not completely disappeared, due to the difference in severity and occurrence, my quality of life has improved and I would not describe my condition as chronic anymore. Highly recommended

Kai has been a massive help with getting my back pain to be next to nothing and it’s only getting better as more time goes on.
The rehab and mobility work he provided has made a massive difference to all other physios I’ve seen and he’s always available for me to talk to if I have any questions or if certain things cause my back to flare up etc and how I can help myself when he’s not directly able to help me.
